Project Space Proposals

The Curatorial Advisory Committee at ECOCA reviews Project Space Proposals on a rolling bases and provides a honorarium to each awardee to help offset  transport of artwork, materials and fabrication for on-site installation of works, art handling, graphic design, photography, videography, etc. The staff also provides curatorial guidance on project conceptualization and exhibition design in our space, communications, visual assets, checklist development, press materials and outreach support and more. All of these elements are created in collaboration with exhibiting artists.

The Project Space will prioritize proposals where artists have not had major opportunities to present their work to the public, and whose practices are not traditionally represented or would benefit from the community support ECOCA  offers. The Project Space is committed to exhibiting work of all disciplines and mediums but does not accept proposals for Solo exhibitions.
