We are thrilled that you will be presenting a solo exhibition with ECOCA, running on-site from September 24 - November 5, 2023. There will be a public opening reception on Sunday, October 1, for the upstairs exhibitions on the premises concurrently.

Your exhibition will take place in Gallery 5 and the nook at the top of the stairs. Please see the floor plan.

Scheduled Programs and Events:

  • Opening reception: October 1, 3-5 pm

  • Closing reception: November 5, 1-3 pm

Please note our Fall Hours:

  • Sundays 12 - 5 pm

  • Wednesdays 12 - 5 pm

  • Thursdays 3 - 8 pm

Important Guidelines:

  • Provide title and exhibition description to be used for signage, website and press release due by September 21, 2023.

  • Provide artwork information for labels -- title, medium, year, sale price & insurance price with accompanying image of work.

  • Provide artist statements & bio.

  • Provide hi-resolution images of artworks.

  • Install & hang the exhibition. Basic supplies are on-site. Please check with staff before any invasive installs. You may not drill into any woodwork. Staff can be available to assist as needed. Email aburg@elycenter.org to arrange installation details.

  • De-install exhibition and patch walls.

Important Dates:

  • All above exhibition information & materials are due by September 21, 2023.

  • Install Dates: September 20 & 21, 2023 12-5 

  • Exhibition Dates: September 24 2023 - November 5, 2023

  • Opening Reception: October 1, 3-5 pm

  • Closing Reception November 5, 1-3 pm

  • Deinstall Dates: November 5, 3-5 pm (after closing reception), November 6 & 7 as needed between the hours of 10 am -2 pm

  • All artwork must be removed by November 7 at 5 pm

ECoCA is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit run by volunteers who raise funds and write grants for exhibitions and relevant programming. If you would like to support our efforts, please consider a donation using this link. We are a start-up and any amount is welcome and much appreciated!
