We are thrilled that you will be presenting a solo exhibition with ECOCA, running on-site from November 12, 2023- January 14, 2024. There will be a public opening reception on Sunday, November 12 for all the exhibitions opening that day.
Your exhibition will take place in Gallery 6 and the nook at the top of the stairs. Please see the floor plan.
Scheduled Programs and Events:
Opening reception: November 12, 3-5 pm
Artist Talk: TBA
Closing reception: January 14, 1-3 pm
Please note our Winter Hours:
Sundays 12 - 5 pm
Wednesdays 12 - 5 pm
Thursdays 12 - 5 pm
Important Guidelines:
Provide title and exhibition description to be used for signage, website and press release due by October 20, 2023.
Provide artwork information for labels -- title, medium, year, sale price & insurance price with accompanying image of work.
Provide artist statements & bio.
Provide hi-resolution images of artworks.
Install & hang the exhibition. Basic supplies are on-site. Please check with staff before any invasive installs. You may not drill into any woodwork. Staff can be available to assist as needed. Email aburg@elycenter.org to arrange installation details.
De-install exhibition and patch walls.

Install Dates: November 7-11, 2023 by appointment. Email aburg@elycenter.org to schedule installation details. *Install dates have been discussed as Nov. 11
Exhibition Dates: November 12, 2023 - January 14, 2024
Opening Reception: November 12, 3-5 pm
Closing Reception January 14, 1-3 pm
De-install Dates: January 14, 4-6 pm (the gallery will be open to the public on the closing day from 12-4, we will close an hour early so artists can de-install their work from 4-6pm); Wednesday, January 17, 12-5pm.
All works must be removed by January 17 at 5pm.
