Dear Andre,

The Ely Center of Contemporary Art (ECOCA) is very excited for you to act as moderator in a discussion between artists Stanwyck Cromwell and Marlon Forrester for the closing reception of their exhibitions. This even will take place on Sunday, March 31, 2024 at 2 pm.

Moderator responsibilities:

• Promote the event using their own social media and mailing lists

• Familiarize yourself with the artists and their artworks on display at ECOCA for the sake of the discussion

• Run an enthusiastic conversation between the artists

•Provide ECOCA with a short bio and portrait for use in promotion of the event

ECOCA responsibilities:

• Provide space to conduct discussion

• Create an event page on elycenter.org with artist bio, images, workshop information

• Create an e-mail blast/e-card and emailed to ECoca list. Please provide any addresses as a spreadsheet as soon

as possible in order to include them in the distribution

• Social media promotion through Facebook and Instagram.

• Provide payment of $___ upon completion of event.

This letter will serve as our agreement. Please review the Release of Liability form HERE.

ECoCA is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit run by volunteers who raise funds and write grants for exhibitions and relevant programming. If you would like to support our efforts, please consider a donation using this link. We are a start-up and any amount is welcome and much appreciated!
