Video projection in celebration of Lunarfest18

Nightly February 17–25, 2018

Join the artist for hot tea and rice wine February 17, 3:00 – 6:00 pm for the premiere of Laelaps by Lili Chin.

Laelaps is a night-time window video inspired by the mythological dog that become the constellation Canis Major. The work is commissioned by the Ely Center of Contemporary Art with Yale-China Association for Lunarfest18.

The video diptych will be most luminous once night falls and will continue until daybreak.

Transfigured Elements, an exhibition featuring additional work by Chin, is also on view until February 22.
