A message from our director ECOCA has always been a place for experimentation, especially the kind that doesn’t fit anywhere else.
From visual art to sound, performance and interdisciplinary work we make space for artists to try things out loud. One of the clearest expressions of this is our Weird Music nights and ongoing collaborations with local musicians. These are not polished predictable performances. They are living, evolving moments where sound becomes risk, humor, noise, and discovery all at once.
This is what an experimental space should feel like: open, unexpected, alive.
But we can’t keep offering this without a permanent home.
We are currently in Fair Haven at CitySeed’s building, working toward securing a long-term space. We’ve raised over $500,000 so far, and during the Great Give we’re aiming to raise $15,000 to unlock a $5,000 match and move closer to our $20,000 goal for this fundraising event.
