Tonight ECOCA is launching a series of listening sessions and conversations to acknowledge and reflect on the feedback we have received from members of our community. You are cordially welcome to sit in the circle in witness, participate in the discussion, and help us consider how ECOCA moves forward. Our Board Co-Chair will share the organization’s recent history and refreshments will be served to sustain us.

These open meetings are taking place in conjunction with a set of Board and advisory committee trainings. We are grateful to the Community Foundation of Greater to New Haven for supporting the DEI and Safe Space trainings, and for making available an HR professional who will be assisting us in strengthening our people protocols as part of a larger pilot program.

We thank WABI founder artist Kim Weston for her leadership and for helping make and hold the space, along with special guests.
